manufacturers in this country with a view to obtaining from them of the cost of the same. 3. If the Tylam waterworks are carried out in accordance with the plans now submitted, I have no

no hesitation in saying that they will form one of the most efficient works of the tund ever constructed in auf part of the world, and it may not be out opplace for me to add here that I have every confidence in Mr. Brices professional ability to secure this result.
